I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of BX Tailor. I actually contacted them during the Christmas holidays and had a response the same day. I had a pair of leather gloves which had belonged to my father who died 20 years ago, the lining of one of the gloves was in need of a complete replacement. Today I received the gloves back, both repaired and as new. Within a few hours of the gloves being delivered I received a call to check if I had received the gloves, checking on my satisfaction - exceptional service, Thank you.
